By accessing, registering on, or using the prpwln platform in any capacity — whether as a registered account holder or as a visitor — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the prpwln Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the prpwln platform, including players based in Pakistan and any other permitted jurisdiction. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease use of the prpwln platform and close any prpwln account you hold.

prpwln reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via the contact information on file. Continued use of the prpwln platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To register and use a prpwln account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. prpwln strictly prohibits the use of its platform by any person under the age of 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in any given jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person acting in your personal capacity. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling platform, including prpwln, where a self-exclusion period is currently active.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not currently be subject to any court order or legal restriction prohibiting participation in online gaming activities.
• You must have provided accurate, complete, and current registration information to prpwln and must maintain the accuracy of this information throughout your account tenure.

prpwln reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by prpwln will result in account suspension pending resolution.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered prpwln account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or any other distinguishing information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering a prpwln account, you are required to provide your legal full name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a secure password, and such other information as prpwln may require from time to time to comply with its KYC and anti-money laundering obligations. You warrant that all information provided is accurate, truthful, and complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your prpwln account credentials, including your username and password. prpwln strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication to protect your account. Any activity conducted through your prpwln account using your credentials — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. You must notify prpwln immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

• One account per person, per household, and per device is permitted.
• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
• prpwln employees are prohibited from holding active player accounts on the platform.
• Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person.

prpwln supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, and debit/credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. prpwln does not impose any processing fee on deposits made through supported payment methods, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All funds deposited into your prpwln account are held in a segregated account and are used solely for the purposes of your gameplay. prpwln does not use player funds for operational expenditure. Player funds are protected in the event of insolvency in accordance with our licensing obligations.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the prpwln account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. prpwln is not liable for delays caused by the payment processor, your bank, or mobile money operator.

prpwln reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawal requests pending completion of identity verification, anti-money laundering checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Where a withdrawal is declined or reversed, the funds will be returned to your prpwln account balance.

prpwln offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered account holders from time to time. Each bonus and promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence with respect to that promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to your prpwln account in a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• Wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, minimum odds, and expiry periods for each bonus are specified in the relevant promotional terms.
• prpwln reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, change bonus terms, or disqualify any player from a promotion at its sole discretion where abuse or violation is suspected.
• Bonus funds may not be used on certain restricted game categories as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus at a time on their prpwln account.

All games available on the prpwln platform — including RNG casino games, live dealer games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface or betting market. By participating in any game or market on prpwln, you agree to comply with the applicable game rules.

prpwln's RNG casino games use independently certified random number generation technology. Game outcomes are statistically independent and cannot be influenced by any player action, prpwln staff, or external party. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate over a statistically significant number of game rounds and do not represent a guarantee of individual session results.

Sports betting markets, including cricket, PSL, football, UFC, and kabaddi markets, are subject to prpwln's sports betting rules as published in the sports section of the platform. prpwln reserves the right to void bets, suspend markets, or revise odds where an error has occurred, an event has been cancelled, or where integrity concerns have been raised. In such circumstances, stakes will be returned to the relevant prpwln account balances.

• prpwln's settlement decisions on sports betting markets are final once confirmed.
• In-play bets placed after the relevant event has concluded may be voided at prpwln's discretion.
• prpwln reserves the right to apply maximum bet limits on any market at any time.
• Connection failures during a live casino game session are governed by the relevant game provider's disconnection policy.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the prpwln platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registration or use of a prpwln account by any person under the age of 21.
• Creation or use of more than one prpwln account by the same individual.
• Use of any software, automated system, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the prpwln platform in any manner not expressly permitted.
• Collusion with other players to obtain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or exploitation of software errors or vulnerabilities on the platform.
• Depositing funds that are proceeds of criminal activity or using prpwln for money laundering in any form.
• Providing false or misleading identity information during registration or at any other point during your prpwln account tenure.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated in bad faith following gambling activity on the platform.
• Any conduct intended to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the operation of the prpwln platform or its infrastructure.

prpwln is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all of its players. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your prpwln account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available to all prpwln account holders at no charge and take effect immediately upon activation.

Self-exclusion requests submitted through the prpwln responsible gaming portal are processed without delay. During an active self-exclusion period, prpwln will take reasonable steps to prevent the self-excluded player from accessing their account, receiving promotional communications, or creating a new account. Players who self-exclude acknowledge that prpwln cannot guarantee prevention of access through every possible technical means, and players bear primary responsibility for refraining from attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion.

prpwln supports the right of any account holder to set binding personal limits on their gambling activity. Once a deposit limit or loss limit has been set and confirmed, it cannot be increased until the cooling-off period specified at the time of setting has elapsed. Reductions to limits take effect immediately.

All intellectual property on the prpwln platform — including but not limited to the prpwln brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, game interfaces, written content, graphics, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive property of prpwln or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the prpwln platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any prpwln content without the express prior written consent of prpwln.

Any unauthorised use of prpwln's intellectual property — including the reproduction of the prpwln brand, logo, or game interfaces on third-party websites, social media, or other media — will be subject to legal action to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, prpwln and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the prpwln platform, including but not limited to:

• Any gambling losses incurred during use of the prpwln platform, regardless of the cause.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the prpwln platform or any service thereon.
• Any loss of data, corruption of account information, or technical errors on the platform.
• Any third-party conduct, including payment processor delays, network failures, or device malfunctions.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your prpwln account where you have failed to adequately protect your credentials.

prpwln's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the value of funds deposited by you to your prpwln account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

prpwln reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any prpwln account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• The account is associated with fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity.
• Continuation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the prpwln platform or its other users.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion or voluntary closure.
• prpwln is required to close the account pursuant to a legal obligation or regulatory directive.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements. prpwln will notify the account holder of the reason for closure where it is legally permissible to do so.

Account holders who wish to voluntarily close their prpwln account may do so at any time by contacting the prpwln support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within one business day.

prpwln collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at prpwln.net/privacy-policy. By registering a prpwln account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

prpwln may be required to share player data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or gaming industry bodies in connection with its legal and compliance obligations. Such disclosures will be made only to the extent required by applicable law and in accordance with prpwln's Privacy Policy.

prpwln reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be posted on the prpwln platform with the updated effective date. Where amendments are material, prpwln will notify registered account holders by way of a notification within the platform or via the contact information on file, where reasonably practicable.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the prpwln platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease use of the prpwln platform and close your account.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which prpwln is licensed and incorporated. Any disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral body specified in prpwln's licensing terms.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights under the laws applicable to you as a consumer in your jurisdiction. prpwln's licensing jurisdiction's laws shall apply to the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms to the extent consistent with applicable local law.
